All notarizations are performed by a Maryland-commissioned Notary Public. We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements for notarization are not met.

Notarial services do not include legal advice. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax guidance, and no information on this website should be construed as such.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid identification as required for Maryland remote online notarization. Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of service.

Fees are disclosed prior to service. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Once a notarization session has begun, refunds are not guaranteed except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, IntegrityLink Notary Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
